While the City’s 2026 Budget process is underway, I will be hosting 3 budget consultations across Ward 23 to specifically listen to your feedback or concerns on City services, spending priorities, and investments in Scarborough North.

Vacant Home Tax Reminder
If you own a property in Toronto, you must submit your Vacant Home Tax Declaration each year, even if your property is your principal residence. This year’s declaration period began on November 3, 2025, and you must declare your property’s 2025 occupancy status by April 30, 2026.
