November is an important month for community engagement in Scarborough North. From neighbourhood meetings and budget consultations to local office pop-ups, there are many opportunities to connect, share your ideas, and learn more about what’s happening in our ward.

Vacant Home Tax Reminder
If you own a property in Toronto, you must submit your Vacant Home Tax Declaration each year, even if your property is your principal residence. This year’s declaration period began on November 3, 2025, and you must declare your property’s 2025 occupancy status by April 30, 2026.
