Dear Friends and Neighbours,
This week, our community received heartbreaking news. A precious little girl, Oriana Cho, not yet two years old, lost her life.
Port Royal Trail in Milliken is a community built on families. We are a place where children play, families gather, and neighbours look out for one another. That is what makes this loss so profoundly painful.
The police investigation is ongoing, and I have full confidence that it will be pursued with the seriousness and care it deserves.
To every parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, and neighbour shaken by this news, your feelings are valid. No one should have to carry this alone. If you or someone you know is struggling, free support is available:
